Terms and conditions of entry
A) How do I enter?
To go into the draw for our Website referral
prize, simply complete the following steps:
1) Click on the "Send
this site to a fellow therapist" button
2) Type in the email addresses of your
your collegue or fellow therapist that you would like to
refer to our Website and mention what type of therapy they
do. eg massage, reflexology,acupuncture etc.(rest assured
that your friends' email address details are kept completely
confidential)
3) Provide your full name
(so we know who has referred our Website)
4) Hit the "Submit button"
- we will then receive an email notifying us that you have
referred our Website.
When you refer our site, the therapist will receive an email
inviting them to visit our site. You can refer as many therapist's
to our site as you wish - the more people your refer, the
greater your chance of winning.
B) The duration of the prize draw
The promotion ends 31st of December 2008.
C) Details of the drawing place,
time and date
Prizes will be drawn at the Head office
of Firm-n-Fold massage equipment & yoga stores at 5
pm 31st of December 2008. Located at: Unit 1-28 Junction rd
Burleigh heads Qld 4220.
D) Details of prize
The
Powerlift table consists of a option one budget body contour
table in a choice of 8 colours and 3 widths.
Prize is not redeemable for cash
E) The qualifying requirements To
be eligible to win you need to be:

subscriber to our free monthly newsletter (by entering you
agree to subscribe to our monthly newsletter)
A resident of Australia or New Zealand
Aged 18 or older
Consent to your personal name and business name being used when we announce the winner through our promotional materials
Limited to only one prize per person
F) The method to be used to decide the winner
Names
of eligible prize entrants will be put into a hat and drawn
at random.

Notification of Prize Winners
Winners
will be advised of their prize via email. You will be given
30 days to make your claim.
