This is reflected in our Returns Policy and means that you can shop with confidence knowing that we can offer you repairs, exchanges and refunds.

Massage Tables

We know that it’s hard to purchase a table without trying it out first which is why we offer a 7 day money back guarantee.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can send the table back to us, in its original packaging, for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping cost). The only condition is that you let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product and return it to us within 7 days.

Our massage tables carry either a 2 year or lifetime structural guarantee, depending on the model purchased. The full warranty terms and conditions are supplied with your goods or a copy can be obtained by calling 1800 640 524.

Please note that Firm-n-Fold does not permit the return of, or offer refunds, for any products that have been configured to your specifications.

Other Items

It’s OK to change your mind, as long as you do it within 7 days! If the item is returned in its original packaging we will exchange it for you or offer a refund based on your original method of payment. Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first.

CDs, DVDs and Videos

Refunds or exchanges will only be given within 7 days and all original packaging must be unopened and intact.

Please Note:

Carrier charges for returning products are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers parcel tracking and you may want to insure your package for safe return to Firm-n-Fold so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to follow these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. We are happy to arrange freight of bulky items for you by calling 1800 640 524.

Firm-n-Fold reserves the right to check any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, or willfully damages a product prior to return, Firm-n-Fold may impose a surcharge and handling fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
