Primarily used to alleviate muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, hips and spine , our rollers are currently used in both Pilates and Phisotherapy to increase balance, flexibilty , and to strengthen core stability. Foam rollers are widely used in seated and reclining exercises , and with resistance bands and Swiss balls. Note:Standing on foam rollers will cause distortion over time.
