We are striving to offer a wide range of products, many not available in any other South Australian store, and our pop up show room is just the beginning.  A new retail space is on the horizon, attached to our one of a kind allied health clinic on Grote Street in the Adelaide outer CBD.  Here you will be able to peruse the Firm. N. Fold. range  whilst being helped by our friendly and knowledge staff, and enjoying a coffee, tea or beverage of your choice. We are confident we will be able to deliver real world advice, as our therapists and administration staff are all qualified Allied Health professionals who use Firm n Fold products on a daily basis.

The Firm n Fold retail space is a great addition to our multi-disciplinary clinic space, where we have decked out the building with an industrial, up cycled vibe…offering Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Musculoskeletal therapy, Myotherapy, Bowen therapy, Remedial Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture all from our warm, inviting, non-clinical treatment rooms.

The beauty of our team is that we are what our name states, Integrated! Our approach to health and wellbeing is to commit to providing the best possible allied health care, whether that means coming in for Musculoskeletal Therapy and having the Podiatrist join your appointment to work toward getting to the root of your injury or pain, or alternating between Physiotherapy hands on treatment and Acupuncture to feel positive results sooner.
